Extension:Comments is pretty poorly written, both in terms of it being hacky, and it being an eyesore to look at. CommentStreams is much nicer, but the title field and the location below the category box is a bit quirky; some people find it difficult to use.

Looking into adapting either of these extensions to be better, or implementing our own Comment extension is something that people might find worthwhile going forward.
