Hello, I have two problems, a minor and a major. The minor issue is that the upvote and downvote icons are just static images, they're bugged out, and don't have the up arrow and down arrow. Another issue is when I click the notifications, it would simply not work. It says it fails to load. Could you fix these issues please?

Nonetheless, I cannot reproduce the issue with Special:Notifications — does it work on a different wiki? Such as Meta?
In regards to the upvote/downvote, can you please link a page where this issue occurs? On Desktop, Mobile, or both?

I am unfortunately unable to replicate this. I can clear all of your Echo notifications to see if this helps. Please confirm if you are okay with this.
