It seems as though the cache keeps expiring on certain wikis, meaning that it is necesssary to keep running rebuildLocalisationCache.php whilst this is not only annoying, it is crashing Meta Wiki which means that nobody can create or log in to their account; it also prevents the functioning of WikiDiscover.

This is also happening on other wikis, such as 1899 Wiki, and particularly other wikis using ParserFunctions. This needs to be fixed immediately to prevent further issues.
